If more than one receipt book bearing 150 nos of acknowledgement slips are required for a HLB, say for requirement of 180 no of NPR schedules (including continuation sheets)- 180 no.s of Ack slips will be required, then the excess 30 nos of slips can be datached from a new receipt book.
In this case the loose 30 numbers of slips will have to be furnished with a copy of the cover page of the new receipt book authenticated by the Charge officer , while the original cover page remains with the 120 no.s of acknowledgement slips of the new receipt book.

For more than 150 family of an houselistig block when we add 30 or 40 nos. slip from an another Acknowledgement slip receipt book then the serial number have to be changed (like 151, 152, 153....) or not?
