Please note that the report mentioned in the subject above has to be sent to the District Census Office from your end by 11 am in the morning of 01.04.2010.

Further, you are instructed to carry out the houselisting operation in a manner so that the noted personalities like MPs and MLAs with houses within your charge area are covered in the first day and the houselisting operation for those particular houses are recorded by way of photography and /or video recording, for onward transmission to the Government and for future Publicity campaigns. The best among these recordings will be selected by the Office of the Registrar General fof India, the details of which will transmitted shortly.

For the above purpose, the charge officers shall make advance planning and tag the cameras already in possesion of Block offices or Municipalities for schematic photograpy and an senior officer, preferably experienced in census, with the enumerator for causing such photography and/or video recording. The photographs/ video recording will have to be sent to the District Census Office over email by 02.04.2010 evening or in hard copy/ soft copy (CD) by 03.04.2010 to the District Census office/ District Election office.
